spa bar and reception staff excellent

spa needed tlc bar prices expensive, breakfast a bit dry !

the beds were really comfy first time in a spa really nice

gym and spa facilities are all there but very dated and in need of replacement

to many cars and many park poorly also notice some members not showering before entering spa and sauna

no lift. spa pool broken, green water observed in spa.

the free additional service for the spa entry was a great addition, especially after a day hiking

spa facilities and treatments were great, just what we were looking for in a girly overnighter

were so accommodating both with changing our room due to change in circumstances and also in the spa to allow

service, such friendly staff, great spa facilities, lovely food, beautiful bedroom & comfy bed

breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. spa facilities were very good also!

really disappointed spa not functioning - i booked it same day as travel and it said the facilities were open

when we booked the place, we expected a luxury hotel and spa as the links and gailes hotel and spa came up as

helpful when ferry delayed -offered lots of suggestions re food including asking kitchen to leave sandwiches if

sometimes have a spa treat to go with our stay

the spa is an amazing experience

realise when booking this hotel that the gym, and spa and pool offsite

a problem with the hotel as such just disappointed the spa was closed because of c19, would have finished off

the spa and swimming facilities , at another location which is not convenient

wifi a bit hit and miss in rooms fine in public areas

if it also had a spa or swimming pool it would be awesome.

we had a deluxe room. fabulous views. spa bath was a nice touch. very clean

outstanding location, beautiful decor and wonderful spa facilities.

signature suite was excellent and the double bath with tv was amazing gym & spa was

stay, used the pool and spa facilities

the pool and spa was great too

a bit noisy when it should have been a relaxing spa experience

wheather it was reception, orangery or the leisure club and spa they are absolute gold
