places where the food, bar, pool, spa were to far from most rooms

the elevator was broken (we were on the 4th floor), the spa was broken, and the buildings were falling apart

loved the hot tub & pool and the hours they re open is very

a place for dinner with non-smoking besides the bar area.

there's close, covered parking also

planned a nice getaway and i put rose petals on the bed

the staff at the front desk, the staff at the bar, the kitchen, and the clean are amazing

in to our room and the tv didn t work and we could not connect to the internet, and we have a pet and they

dark.. the rooms had poor lighting as well as the bar area

breakfast was good

the kitchen water faucet was backwards, hot in right and not the left like usual

the amount of pets allowed in 1 room.

good: check in and check out were easy and fast (i arrived after 9 pm and left before 9 am, parking was convenient

nothing works, the laundry room machines don't work, most times the key card will not work

the standard, free wifi was not good, had to pay for premium wifi

breakfast bartender/server in the in house dining was the worst i've seen in many years

did not like the pet fur on the corners of the mattress

could be related to pet friendly availability

big deal here but the bar could have been open later

tried to order room service but they were so busy i never was able to get breakfast

hotel at 10:00 pm after a long drive that i was told there is an additional charge of $150 for my pet

the pool and the seating area outside the pool

really wasn't anything except they aren't offering room service due to covid - so that was understandable

parking at the hotel was $25, plus a $150 fee per night for our dog (nowhere in the pet policy is this stated

to the point where some renovations are needed--pool furniture and area; rooms - mattresses in our room ending

cleanliness in the pool/spa area was @ an all time low

with my dog while traveling to nc and a location where i could get dinner outside with my pet

distance to everything we wanted to see and do and if you need a ride they had a complimentary shuttle

neither were their kids running around at the restaurant or in the elevator

i loved how clean it was, and the shuttle that was available for us to use
