t book spa for me n hubby was booked so couldn t get a massage expect one when we come

i loved that it had a lazy river and hike trails and a spa and multiple restaurants and etc

the spa was very relaxing. best part . room was nice and clean.

it was a 5 star resort and spa when i was just expecting a 4 star hotel

the spa was tremendous with a private pool, hot tub, and great amenities

hotel smelled due to the carpet instalation, the indoor spa wasnt working, the pool was not open during the

restroom was not very clean, we didn t have room service the next day no clean sheets or towels

that it has stairs. i like to get my steps in. the gym was amazing.

the wifi is awful

i got a bad rash on my neck from the pillows. maybe the laundry detergent they use. idk.

a little discomfort with spa e between bathroom door and sleeping sofa

having to pay a $15 per day parking. no guest laundry

the gym was too small. breakfast ends too early. it should go until 11am

we were appalled by the lack of environmental concern - packaging used for breakfast items and in-room service
