pool was cold

the pool was closed one day. always had to ask for towels and breakfast you pay for.

when we went to bed, there was an impromptu baseball game being held in the parking lot behind the hotel

i have 2 kids and for them to say we had to leave and come back was rude

nice staff, beautiful facility, lots of restaurants nearby, good parking, good value

staff were very nice, and the stay was very comfortable and most of all pet friendly

appreciated breakfast options within the hotel/on site parking options

airport shuttle made things super easy

and there were kids running the halls all day/night that seemed to lack parental supervision

this was very challenging with a pet and using the elevator

another time zone and were not hungry when breakfast was served, but my son was competing in a gymnastics meet

shuttle service was an amazing perk, the staff was great, the suite was very spacious and

beautiful property. huge rooms; we had a fireplace spa tub, and 50 in flat screen.
