spa tub

spa (hot tub) was nice and big and warm

guest rooms were somewhat dated, but clean and spacious

spa had issues so maintenance was called

we had a spa tub in our room and one of the rings around the jet wasn't attached and my 4 year old cut her

we had a great vacation, the hotel has a wonderful spa complex! we are satisfied, thank you!

friendly staff. nice large clean room. the indoor pool and spa was really nice.

the staff were all very helpful, the room was great, the pool and spa were a treat.

the spa tube was comfortable and the room seemed very clean

the toilet running and pipe noises that came from the spa tube side of the room

better than average included breakfast. wifi worked well. nice to have the mini-frig.

no maid service or hot breakfast or gym facilities due to covid, but i know this is beyond their control

comfort, pool, friendly attendant at the customer service desk.

the sauna or spa wasn't open but it was barely an inconvenience if one at all

did not have detailed information about overnight parking; when i called ahead to ask about local spa options,

we love that there is a delicious restaurant onsite as well as a bar downstairs and a really cool rooftop bar
