all staff friendly. pool great. great location just off motor way. good value for money.

just off the motorway, good overnight stay when travelling, great parking right outside

covered parking get there in afternoon

the lady at the reception was fantastic,extremely pet friendly

we all loved the spa in the room

our lack of spanish of course was partly the problem but a simplified diagram with clearly marked roads would

the spa bath in the room was a superb addition

spacious, comfortable room, with a balcony

only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer to use the spa & relax in this beautiful hotel

their welcoming attitude toward our pet.

the hotel is centrally located and build in a moorish style, with a nice patio and rooftop pool

the lobby was refreshing and pet friendly

lovely big tv, and excellent wifi reception

they accidentally sent a nightdress to the laundry which did not reappear until after we left but they posted

bar was reasonably priced for the measure you get

wifi worked only in the lobby, not the room.

we ordered tea from room service which arrived without milk and it then took a further 30 minutes to arrive by

a nice wee pool helps but the highlight was the courtyard, where i spent several happy hours reading with a

swimming pool and gym were closed and this was not communicated at the time of booking

everything big clean room with huge and cozy bed, perfect bathroom with all ementies and nice bar private parking

the room service menu didn t have vegetarian option , the bar in the hotel didn t offer vegetarian

the only thing that would make it better would be a pool but not essential.

you can always try your luck at casino upstairs, but everything very controlled and separated so you don't need

hotel bar would not entice to stay for a second drink
