excellent spa excellent which it always is when we come because we use the hotel about three times a year

was not working today because we payed for late book out so we could have extra time in the spa but the jacuzzi

excellent staff who were very helpful. superb leisure club with pool,gym,sauna and spa pool.

surely they are big enough to revamp the facility - maybe with a spa etc

the lodge is clean and comfortable, the ev charger in this location was also a welcomed

very clean, nice welcome, plenty of free parking and pub very close by

perfect location for our trip, plenty of car parking and super clean!

the location is not far from amenities. good car parking. large lounge with comfortable sofa's.

the private spa area was truly the highlight for me soothing, quiet, and exactly what i didn t know i

in own bathroom, led lighting in the spa bath, breakfast was amazing

the warm welcome, coffee machine, delicious breakfast, spa bath...loved it all

we also had a spa bath and a mini sauna in our room and just not enough time to try everything out

the bathrooms are luxurious with a spa and body showers

the staff were superb so friendly and welcoming on arrival, we wanted to use the spa but fully booked they even

didn t try spa or outdoor pool but both were very popular with guests

very attentive staff beautiful grounds high tea was beautiful and included in the spa package

i also found that i went to the spa but there were quite a few dead moths on the steam room floor which made

wifi didn't reach our room, no room service despite website saying it was available, bathroom had broken tiles

car parking is a bit difficult but the overspill in lobster hall was fine

a pool & spa would make this place perfect.

was quite expensive considering there isn t a spa or a pool, if you aren t there for the golf, the only

hotel is lovely but it could do with a spa, most hotels with golf would have a spa i think this would have made

especially liked the fact that they offered room service for dinner and breakfast

long queue for the drinks machine. didn t know it had a spa which i would ve made us of.

the shower and spa bath was amazing not to mention the hot tub

such a shame they don't have a swimming pool or spa facilities.

the bar and restaurant opening times were unclear with no signage

fantastic location and lovely hotel breakfast was brilliant and well worth the 10 quid

location facilities would be great had i brought my swimsuit to use the spa nice choice of beers but would of

the night at this hotel just past and i really enjoyed many things about the place, a few pet peeves that could

24hr access to food and drink via bar and room service (not that i used the room service but the fact it was

management should not have taken a booking for 50 plus kids and had more control over the

flavour air freshener kids double bed student halls feel stained carpets bar that's also
