great spa tub

odd that the spa bath controls are across the room by the tv but just a minor inconvenience

very clean room and good price. comfortable bed with a decent spa bath.

a manual for spa operation..or laminated instructions on wall would be helpful.

it was a quiet location, the pool was nice, breakfast was good, and you still have microwaves!

staff was most courteous and helpful, room was clean and spacious, there was a brochure for spa service available

first night to get over jet lag in very comfy bed after swim in nice relaxing pool and spa to

were able to walk across the road/ skywalk at 5:30am with our two kids

had to pay extra because i was traveling with a pet- no problem, but there wasn t even a pet bed or bowl in

we stayed in a family suite which had 2 bedrooms and a longe with sofa bed and kitchen

the pool with 2 slides, wading pool, 2 hot tubs and bar were amazing

ordered room service and they charged multiple fees that we were not aware of, including a 50% gratitude

the lounge area in the pool could be a little larger to accommodate more families.

breakfast is not included. and the wifi was down for a night.

room it wasn t very deluxe in that it was rundown and just another cheapo hotel room with a spa tub

was able to use the spa for services ,very good and the hairdresser adrienne was superb

hotel had an amazing location, great views, lovely spa and workout facilities and comfy beds

booked this hotel so we could use pool and spa but they were unavailable during our stay due to maintenance, we

spa /swimming pool area was unclean and rubbish from the previous day persisted, floors were not

the spa and gym floor generally very confusing to navigate and easy to get lost

they had a bottle of wine for her and small gift from the spa for her bday

the following morning we got a late check out and took advantage of the spa upstairs for a massage

we loved the spa experience and the accommodation was just perfect

pool is beautiful, a little on the cool side but in a spa setting with the soothing music, it was very relaxing

lovely staff, helped us arrange a late check out for an evening flight which was much appreciated as we'd not
