when we had our treatments at the spa they said they would be charged to the room

hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing spa was very relaxing and very clean

location was perfect for shopping and dinner dates, the facilities are top drawer too from the spa to the gym

are friendly, we were welcomed with a complimentary late check out meaning we could relax i the spa next door

didn t realise the spa facilities cost extra and required a booking

customer service , rooms standard , spa , very comfortable beds .

gutted that we couldn t enjoy the spa as it was fully booked
