asked for a early wake up call so we could use the spa facilities before check out but nobody called which meant

lovely rooms, fabulous bar, best city spa facilities i ve ever seen.

the roof top spa and jacuzzi was also a selling point and a nice little touch

spa is a real unexpected city

tried to book the spa 7am once it opened as we arrived late afternoon the previous night and couldn t get

and it doesn't go to waste and junior suite should have a bathtub to be more comfortable an the spa could be

the spa is exceptional with comfortable robes and slippers

so we were a bit nervous the first time we put on our robes and took the lift to the health spa incase we were

very nice rooms, spa and gym with great breakfast

were no appointments available for treatments at the spa - book atleast a week or so in advance as the spa is

food is amazing, bar is nice the design and decor, the gym the spa the staff friendliness

also received a free cocktail when we purchased breakfast and 25% off spa treatments

everything! unfortunately we were too busy with an event, to visit the spa facilities.

that checked us in was very helpful but when i went back a few hours later to book breakfast and spa treatments

everything from rooms to customer service outdoor bar , spa facilities

there were no robes in the room to be able to go down to use the spa facilities.

location was perfect for shopping and dinner dates, the facilities are top drawer too from the spa to the gym

used the spa twice (in the evening and in the morning)

shame we couldn t make use of the spa due to covid

the spa facilities and room quality exceeded

are friendly, we were welcomed with a complimentary late check out meaning we could relax i the spa next door

didn t realise the spa facilities cost extra and required a booking

customer service , rooms standard , spa , very comfortable beds .

gutted that we couldn t enjoy the spa as it was fully booked

wasn t impressed at all with the spa department this is the 2nd time i have been messed around by them

a hot tub in the spa area would have just made my stay extra

lovely , warm and the retreat spa massage was divine x

the only thing it s missing is a full spa area (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi)

junior suite was spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing

the spa was fully booked and there were too many people in the pool the night

check in , comfortable bed and the spa facilities were well looked after

and changed our room every corner of this hotel was so clean and amazing and well decorated the spa was a lovely
