the outdoor hottub in the spa was great and the gym was good too

the club and spa exceeded all expectations

bed was so comfortable but got very hot at night making it very uncomfortable sleeping spa and sauna was not
the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub experience was superb
spacious, clean with everything we could ever need, cleaning products, tea and coffee, kitchen even a dishwasher

we went into the bar and found everyone very friendly and welcoming

grand city centre hotel i picked it for the spa on the 6th floor which i got to enjoy by booking the thermal
staff super friendly (especially chloe from the bar), lovely room and spa facilities and quality breakfast
the spa was a relaxing retreat and felt totally relaxed on the the heated beds and jacuzzi
best spa massage i've ever had (from marcus, i've never been so comfortable and relaxed, i'd highly
