inflexibility at the spa for appointments. also got bitten by bed bugs.

i loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in

the spa prices were a bit on the high side

the room was spacious and well appointed

the spa however our actual treatment was great.

we had a couples massage and the spa and the experience was top notch

the spa was wonderful and a nice way to finish off the day in the sun

went to bar and reception to ask for 2 plates&forks but sent back up to call it in

staff at the bar and grill restaurant was not good

ignored by the outdoor bar staff

pool and kiddies water park also the beach was amazing

only issue was the wifi sometimes dropped off on the beach but not really a major problem.

wifi was terrible. we kept hettimg bumped off

the shuttle could have had longer evening hours

the value of the room, and the relaxed atmosphere. great for families with kids.

the spa was great

were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the mercantile to the spa to my room -

the staff, the location, the spa and the breakfast

staff was exceptional from the housekeeper, delsi, to the spa manager, mild, to the bartenders

at the bar are way over the top expensive

i stayed in the studio suite, which was not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully decorated
