dont need go any where as it has everything in there even bar, restaurant, kids activity and swim spa more

the beauty therapist was fully booked abit disappointment as it was a spa break

lake was beautiful! great location! good atmosphere! pool and spa facilities were great!

close to the water and spa area lovely little porch to have a cup of tea on in

spa is amazing and the staff are very pleasant and helpful

the spa facilities and treatments absolutely laid down

paid for use of the spa and we really enjoyed the thermal journey

great old hotel that's lost none of its old charm and a nice spa to unwind in.

i said the spa needs to be made more comfortable

only things that require slight improvement are the spa facilities that are beginning to look a little dated

everything was not only sparkling clean, but organised and laid out like a 5 star resort

the only thing is that the use of spa and pool was charged separately, but was worth it

they have a well used spa and pool but we didn't use them

picky, when blessed with a hotel that was such good value for money we found ourselves using the spa shower as

we were given information about the spa area and the restaurant

everything the spa the food and staff were so friendly really peaceful location

pool and spa facilities were an amazing bonus
