spa was very nice

the spa area is a delight

staff, spa was beautiful the treatments were lovely and catherine made us feel so relaxed and pampered

i said the spa needs to be made more comfortable

only things that require slight improvement are the spa facilities that are beginning to look a little dated

the fact that you have to prebook the spa and this is not mentioned

welcoming staff, food was good from the bar menu, and my better half had a massage at the spa which she said

great old hotel that's lost none of its old charm and a nice spa to unwind in.

only went for one night for the spa and it was booked up

paid for use of the spa and we really enjoyed the thermal journey

staff where extremely friendly and polite food was brilliant and spa and leisure faculties were

loved all the spa facilities fantastic

food was excellent and the spa was an added treat staff couldn t have been more helpful we will be back

the location was beautiful and the hotel/spa was perfect

swimming pool was also fab with access to spa pool and sauna too

if l could criticise anything, we think the spa should have individual changing rooms

entrance - have to walk through the spa to enter reception for hotel

the spa was great - we did the twilight spa and it was brilliant

we utilised the spa facilities which again were very clean and tidy

no hair conditioner in the room - had to buy conditioner at the spa after showering there.

spa and pool area was quite slippery, and the chlorine in the pool was a bit intense

spacious room and the staff were incredibly friendly

spa access from 7am-7pm was perfect after a days walking with a large pool, jacuzzi, steam room and

dont need go any where as it has everything in there even bar, restaurant, kids activity and swim spa more

overall was spot on throughout my stay the spa facilities was spot on, very clean room was perfect very comfy

the room, the spa and the restaurant were all clean and up to top quality

a jacuzzi in the spa would be good.

we didn t try the spa area or beauty this time, definitely next time, we cannot wait to come back

the only thing is that the use of spa and pool was charged separately, but was worth it
