room service came at 9 o'clock am and started explaining something in spanish

we also had to pay for our 7 year old's breakfast, as it appeared the room we booked for 4 was actually for 3

there was a pool but it's working hours were not great, we could not use it when we arrived (just after 6 pm)

the bed is uncomfortable. the hotel needs an upgrade, and the pool and gym were ok

the hotel bar was not in operation which was a shame and the pool was difficult to find.

spa is great too - compact but perfectly formed
