for us travelling with our small dog, they allowed the dog everywhere except the pool and spa

the room was big and spacious

the spa is extremely well maintained and that was an excellent relief

all was good, staff, services, spa , breakfast, restaurant. would like to visit it again

rooms are bright, clean and a decent 24h room service, fun fact is that they have a mirror tv ( both functions

there weren t many extra facilities in the place, no residents bar or exercise area

a modern dinning area with tasty continental breakfast, it has a swimming pool, a sauna and spa facilities

in the room about spa treatments and massages would have been useful and i probably would have been tempted

speedy pool bar service would also make the experience 10 times

nestled among vineyards, this hotel boasts a great pool area, tasty restaurant and outstanding service and

i also booked a massage at the spa during my stay, and it was absolutely wonderful,highly recommend it for

amazing facilities, fantastic and polite staff, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, brilliant spa facilities

the price you pay the hotel should have a better indoor spa pool with better conditions and also a swimming pool

but you are made to wear uncomfortable rubber shower caps in the spa and it was full of kids

gym, spa and a michelin star restaurant

the stay was great and comfortable, the spa was amazing and the service was great

facilities are high class - buffet breakfast, rooms, spa etc a special mention must go to the concierge giovanni

very accommodating and went above and beyond for most of our requests, and the experience at the spa was truly

well designed hotel and spa , great location and great staff , food was excellent nothing was too much trouble

nice spa with steam room and sauna (although you may need to ask staff to turn it on an hour before

loved the spa area with sauna and the well-balanced, fresh breakfast

we took advantage of the spa which was a bonus

enjoyed everything about our stay - the friendly and accommodating staff, the spa and pool, the breakfasts, the

spa treatments not available but hopefully will be soon.

absolutely enjoyed the refined 5-star service from the door man to the reception, bar & spa staff

disappointed with spa facilities which were limited to an indoor pool & jacuzzi

spa not warm enough + 45 seconds of sparkling only dinner & bar consomptions too expensive for the

only criticism is the spa pool had an odd unpleasant smell and was overcrowded
