is quite run down, needs a refit badly food is not good spa looked grim gym is like my garden

we spent our time on our cottage porch in the pool and sun for 3 glorious days

all of our food and drinks from the in-house restaurant and bar team were excellent, although not cheap

wifi was not working in my cottage

t feel like one, which is so important to us, but does have the added bonus of an exceptional breakfast

breakfast and rain forest spa were amazing

spa location is great and but the treatment left a lot to be desired - pricey and did not last the

spa facilities were in the trees, but needed a touch of luxury to go with the forest experience

the spa is amazing

the rainforest spa was amazing

the spa services are just ok, not sure it is worth it

the staff at the front desk, security at gate and restaurant and spa staff were excellent

beautiful views in the rainforest. the rooms were beautiful. spa treatment was fantastic

would recommend the trip to the sulphur spa (get the hotel to order taxi to take you and wait - really worth

the food is of the highest quality and the quality of the natural spa products a real treat

massage at spa was wonderful

very basic gym - non air conditioned making for sweaty humid workouts

good kitchen facilities and gorgeous, clean and sizeable pool

at the tamarind villa with private pool

high taxi costs (compounded by limited shuttle times to / from sugar beach area)

also don t think the spa was worth it, quite expensive and didn t feel very private, the only wall between

being a spa we thought it would be peaceful and relaxing and unfortunately it s the loudest place i have

great spa service too

the spa was very good and the restaurant food was simple but used quality ingredients and well

taking view amazing private terrasse good food - delicious breakfast spa was special nice overall vibes from

infinity pool - awesome very scenic beautiful

the room was great size,, with king size bed, couch/sitting area, good size bathroom, and kitchen area

the wifi and internet were spotty

our friend with kids was staying a few doors down and waited nearly every day for him to arrive (we were told

breakfast buffet was excellent and a great deal for $15

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities

many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

the kitchen worktop in our room wasn't clean when we arrived

overlooking the bay -spacious room -very clean -complimentary coffees and filtered water -nice gym with the

perhaps a little more variety for breakfast would have been nice with yogurts and musueli/granola but what we

pool was a bit small, but you have the beach 300 yards away. so no problem

there's a nice pool with chairs to relax

tv was not working but this did not affect our stay as we had ipad and the wifi was good and we didn't spend

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

was beautiful, restaurant and spa on site for convenience and a free ferry

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

health spa charges 45dollars for 30 minutes i think it is too pricey for a limited time period

the resort s shop, gym, and spa were not open, massages could not be arranged, and despite being advertised

the spa is simply fantastic—my massage was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had

welcome, fantastic room, lyndon is the cocktail king and samantha and the team provided a killa breakfast

24 hr bar with snacks would make the price feel completely justified, or free room service.

the self serve bar was a hit and they kept it stocked with champagne and rum punch(my fav drinks) amongst other

having a well-stocked kitchen with full-sized fridge and balcony overlooking the ocean on beachfront property

the villa was a roomy 2 bedroom ten steps to the pool and 5 more steps to the beautiful beach

wifi us working and parking is great too for any size of vehicle

it was wonderful having the kitchen and we took full advantage of it to cook almost every meal when around

wifi was also very weak in the room

would definitely recommend a massage at the spa as well

breakfast, the guys at the pool/evening bar, the entertainment team & the beautiful lady at the spa who did my

spa services

our kids 12 & 10 loved it and not once claimed they were bored

also no wifi in rooms

the spa was way overpriced for a massage

we were not badgered on the beach by 'trades' wanting to sell spa time, take a photo of us or take us out on

loved the lily pads in the water to lounge on (water is rocky getting in) spa treatment was lovely, got the

my spacious villa offered breathtaking ocean views and a private infinity pool, perfect for unwinding

location and staff. spa 10/10.

it was a great location to the town and usage of all bay hotels. loved the bay spa hotel access.

disappointed the hotel was not closer to the beach initially but soon discovered the bay gardens spa resort was

wifi speed is too slow

the cable was poor quality and the wifi was inconsistent

room was right across from the bar area and the night time entertainment

e that we had to get a daily temp check, that there was a spa available etc

the pool and spa was spectacular

on site spa offers a great massage and is good value

the spa staff definitely need some training

gym facilities were very nice, spa was great

gardens beach resort spa ,very suitable to accompany you on vacation with luxurious facilities provided, the

la mer spa was also excellent

staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience

the spa on a couple of occasions staff were very friendly - especially nadia who was very helpful

the location of the swimming pool near to the restaurant, bar and cafe is very convenient

magnificent apartments, spa on deck, private pool, sailing, kayaking guided walks all included

landings resort and spa was the best resort i ve ever stayed at

our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated

we enjoyed the pickle ball courts, beach, gym, spa and entertainment

are attentive and friendly - views / sunsets from the rooms are great - open air movie night - spa (massage)

the spa not being in action ( no sauna steam room etc ) the food in a few of the other restaurants not

spa and hydrotherapy pool area is small for it to be a nice sized resort

he went above and beyond, food was not as good as royalton mexico but it s still ok, spa in st lucia was

we also visited the spa and got massages with sherri and karlene which were relaxing and rejuvenating

staff but not spa staff

the spa was in a converted office space in main building with zero vibe

gym staff seems like asking questions is bothering them lady at spa could have been upfront about the extra

spa out of action due to flooding, gym only part open due to flooding

wash clothes never any towels at the pools the location says it s adult only however they have kids on the

the wasn t really an adult side considering we stayed on the adults only section of the restaurant

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk
