many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall

i know it was christmas time, so fixing the out of order bathroom near pool and uphill stairs might take extra

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

was beautiful, restaurant and spa on site for convenience and a free ferry

the resort s shop, gym, and spa were not open, massages could not be arranged, and despite being advertised

health spa charges 45dollars for 30 minutes i think it is too pricey for a limited time period

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

the indian food at masala bay was very good and the atmosphere at hasseys bar is nice

we didn't cook much, but a well equipped kitchen - note there are no shops in marigot so stock up at the

the salt water pool was a hit with our daughter and overlooked the beautiful bay

everything we needed was available in our room and kitchen area

our room was very large and comfortable; breakfast was good and plentiful

the spa is simply fantastic—my massage was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had

the gym is very good for running weights and floor space

stay at bel jou hotel (adults only) was truly unforgettable

24 hr bar with snacks would make the price feel completely justified, or free room service.

pool areas aren't enormous when the hotel is busy; the all-inclusive drinks didn't include water

hard pillows what croissants? - didn t get any lack of/poor room service

kitchen could have been more equipped-broiler pan for meats, whisk, more regular knives for

no room service after 3 pm on property.

spa services

breakfast, the guys at the pool/evening bar, the entertainment team & the beautiful lady at the spa who did my

would definitely recommend a massage at the spa as well

i also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the daily room service

gym was a little dirty and so was the kids pool and pool area

no wifi in the rooms

also noticed that even with room service, sometimes the floors & sink hadn't been wiped down properly

noisy dogs barking at night. intermittent wifi.

the kitchen was very small and only had a gas old fashioned 2 ring burner cooker no oven

the wifi and internet were spotty

the gym and the spa were fabulous

location and staff. spa 10/10.

loved the lily pads in the water to lounge on (water is rocky getting in) spa treatment was lovely, got the

basic styled lodges , un relaxing seriously overpriced awful spa , over priced restaurant with unflavoured food

the staff at the front desk, security at gate and restaurant and spa staff were excellent

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

disappointed the hotel was not closer to the beach initially but soon discovered the bay gardens spa resort was

it was a great location to the town and usage of all bay hotels. loved the bay spa hotel access.

high taxi costs (compounded by limited shuttle times to / from sugar beach area)

views are stunning from virtually every part of the grounds and especially from your own private pool

things i would say is the gym is very small with limited equipment and the only weight machine was out of order

the location was also great close to lots of shops bars and restaurants even tho they have their bar and

wifi in the room was spotty and could be pretty slow in some areas.

the kitchen had everything except a microwave

the pool, outdoor seating, comfy bed, great balcony, friendly staff, good bar/cafe on site.

the spa on a couple of occasions staff were very friendly - especially nadia who was very helpful

gardens beach resort spa ,very suitable to accompany you on vacation with luxurious facilities provided, the

la mer spa was also excellent

staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience

the restaurant on the resort is good and you re also able to take a shuttle to the bay gardens hotel or inn

prior to arriving i contacted the spa to book a treatment, i received no response

the pool and spa was spectacular

the resort is not on the beach, but they have pools and a daily shuttle to sugar beach which was convenient

magnificent apartments, spa on deck, private pool, sailing, kayaking guided walks all included

our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated

landings resort and spa was the best resort i ve ever stayed at

we enjoyed the pickle ball courts, beach, gym, spa and entertainment

spa facilities were in the trees, but needed a touch of luxury to go with the forest experience

spa location is great and but the treatment left a lot to be desired - pricey and did not last the

feel (notwithstanding the resort size) - quality of food and restaurants was excellent - the spa is a really

gym staff seems like asking questions is bothering them lady at spa could have been upfront about the extra

spa out of action due to flooding, gym only part open due to flooding

the spa was in a converted office space in main building with zero vibe

for an all adults hotel a lot of things closed on the resort fairly early

i could see the kids water park from the room

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk
