spa access and facilities for a massage, too limited for appointments and restrictive access

we made a quick tour into the inner pool, gym and spa but we did not used the facilities and they looked first

the spa facility was excellent and very well organised

staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was amazing and the spa was heavenly

wifi was shocking and unable to connect in our room so had to sit in reception.

the spa was brilliant, the pool areas very good. the welcome cava was a nice surprise.

spa was very good and the pool area was very nice with a range of pools and water slides for kids

spa facilities were good and many treatment options to choose from

it's not that big (5 big sliders and 2 kids ones), but enough to have something entertaining

brilliant place for adults and kids.

no indoor pool or spa as rainy days

more than half of the rate for my pet, 65 euros, when i asked for a refund they said it was up to booking,

a quiet one and one with music, bar and activities

the bar likely needs more staff

there are no dishes in the kitchen

the price is so much cheaper than the london spa as well

spa with the ancient baths was excellent

seriously thinking of returning with my wife for a spa weekend

spa pool was fun and therapeutic. the hotel was very close to the marina and vast empty beaches.

were a bit disappointed that the indoor pool and spa was not included in the price and the only pass you could

piscine said to be hot but no spa didn t work in the middle of nowhere

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but

spa was closed for several days - mad in the peak summer season
