the pool area in the hotel was amazing and the thermal spa experience was fab

it makes out your getting the spa included

spa facilities, near to other attractions and liverpool, we have been before some years ago,

hotel and food where amazing. spa the next day lovely.

we didn't have breakfast or use the spa so cannot comment

we looked at the spa which looked lovely although we didn't get chance to use it

the beautiful surroundings the staff are wonderful really enjoyed the spa day would recommend

the rooms were nice and comfortable, restaurant was chic and the spa facilities seemed great though we did not

only thing i was disappointed in is that the pool was apart of the spa facilities and you had to pay 50 each

-spa price is a little too high for only a couple of hours -very high service charge in the bar

spa was slightly over booked and had a lot of people in it which slightly ruined the experience

amazing location, staff fantastic, room and spa perfection

and the spa - well certainly was needed

from the concierge, reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and spa staff

the spa and pool facilities are outstanding

spa was absolutely incredible, the rooms and bar were excellent the staff couldn t do enough for

excellent breakfast, beautiful spa facilities, spacious coumfy bedrooms.
