out of service, spa not available

spa wasn't open for the two days we stayed when the hours said 10-9 monday to sunday and i was

free wifi signal good spa treatments

staff was excellent. very accomadating. good food. ok bar staff. loved spa extras

disappointed that spa was closed on thursday.

the pool was wonderful and the spa treatments across the driveway was amazing

spa is very good too

we enjoyed the well kept pool and spa area every day

impossible to sleep before 23:00 impossible to relax un the spa or the pool the kid make

spa was broken, but the pool was warmer.

air conditioner vent is dirty and is with bad smell. hot spa is not hot.

there was a ringette tournament so lots of kids running in the hallway so we worried about our quality of sleep

nothing in particular, i almost always book there because the kids love the pool.

after walking around montreal, it was a real treat to get into the spa

no information was given to us about the spa and other facilities which the property advertises on the website

some little repairs could be made behind the cupboards in the kitchen area but i didn't use that space at all

the mattress and pillows need a major upgrade. bathroom beside kitchen lacked privacy.

comfy bed with ensuite and kitchenette facilities, clean and tidy

the bar served horrible wine by the glass

no ice machines or ice buckets available. if you wanted ice you had to call room service.

location the staff the gym is really nice we had a issue with our room which was no one's fault, and the team

one of my kids was sleeping so i could not change the room

speak with, the team provided excellent restaurant suggestions, guidance with public transit, and room service
