additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

the hotel spa facilities were fabulous--clean, well-maintained

you also have access to the spa - saunas, hot tubs and the pool

spa offers everything a spa could offer, the room is large and beds are very comfortable

we loved the small balcony and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spa (they let you sign up for a time slot)

nice coffee/tea/ water bar and tasty complementary cookies

the hotel shuttle in and around town was fantastic

feel like the bathrooms could be updated and the room service/restaurant menu wasn t great for families

i also just wanted a nice drink or so after the kids went to bed and couldn t even use room service

wish i could have gotten a spa appointment

timothy at front desk was helpful and skilled in everything including my husbands and i in the spa

hot spring spa is nice and cozy and controlled access with room key

kids in the pool kept hitting their beachball into the spa while we were relaxing and then they literally jumped

the spa pool and mountain views all round.

beautiful historic hotel. my room was wonderful. third floor right next to spa which wad handy.

hotel is magnificent and a glorious example of a classic property that was beautifully restored spa services

expensive. spa prices were readonable

the spa was private and relaxing, and the entire place was beautifully cleaned and cared for

the spa hadn't been cleaned so we were unable to use it
