the hotel staff upgraded me to a king spa room that had a huge tub looking out on floor to ceiling windows over

our floor to ceiling windows yielded a gorgeous view of the pool, rooftop bar, amalie center, downtown skyline

in room wasn t working, wifi sucked and charged late check out fee without any notice or warning

we also saw a lot of young kids dressed like they re going to a ball

the other person that was wonderful to us was roxanne at the bar in the lobby

having a full service spa on-site was simply amazing, and the

location, food, pool, ice cream!

room in decay restaurant and room service close at 10pm swimming pool closed noisy

arrived, room was ready, comfy beds, clean room, clean bathroom, enough towels, pool was great, food & drinks

pool water was a bit filming

the lady was rude about me having my pets that i was not being in the hotel then she had this man that work

trash everywhere in the parking lot

after seeing how upset and devastated i was he offered to allow me to sleep in the parking lot but then he came

friendly staff, room was nice and breakfast was good.

sliding doors open to the alley and parking lot allowing people who aren't staying access to the hotel to party

no bathtub or spa to soak in

the spa was great! free parking! great food in all the restaurants!

the spa was great along with the pool

spa was the best jolinna/swosh was the best on setting up my reservation and making it a perfect

the spa tub in the room was my all time favorite.
