the cottage was very clean and ample free parking

parking right in front of my unit, tranquil site with a view of

pet friendly, accommodated last-minute changes.

she handled my hiccups of travel with a pet and accommodated me above my expectation

parking lot was right in front of the cottage where we stayed and this was very convenient

resort and spa was an amazing experience at palisades tahoe

the pool, jacuzzis, and spa facilities (sauna, steam room) are great with view of the mountains and slopes

i enjoyed the spa pools, love how they decorated the surrounding trees with lights too

the senary is amazing. the staff at the spa were wonderful. love the spa.

spa needs attention

we took advantage of the on-site restaurant and spa and both were amazing

i do wish there was some sort of discount for the spa services especially with the room we decided to get

the staff, location, fireplace, spa tub, heated bathroom floors and toilet seat

the spa is good but i felt blindsided and ripped off with 22% gratuity added to my bill which was never

only because of covid there were some things unavailable. spa and daily house keeping

the bathrooms are amazing with full tub and huge walk in shower, double sink and separate toilet space

the spa was world class, care was taken in even the smallest of details.

location , hotel grounds are immaculate and staff are great pool and spa are a great asset with lakefront and

the bistro was very good and reasonably priced, the spa is first class, and the lobby bar was fun and entertaining

s restaurant is top notch for either a delicious cocktail or a sumptuous meal, and the pool and spa area with

the spa temperature was working intermittently according to staff

no new sheets or cleaning of restrooms or kitchen or floors

we enjoyed the unique fireplace and soaker sub on the balcony

rooms are very large and the bathroom is spa ious, lots of counter space

the staff will make you feel like you are an inconvenience if you ask them to handle the pet issue

the hotel is across the street from a nice golf area

no room service or wet bar

the rooms were clean and spacious

we really enjoyed the pool n spa during a rainy day and the restaurants

the spa jacuzzi was down for maintenance!

rooms need remodeling and spa prices very high

some staff are not accommodating but the room service crews are all helpful and polite.

using the spa tub black sludge and hair came out and was disgusting, but they did come out and clean

bed an pillows comfy the 24 hr. spa an all the good restaurants around us

all was good but some dressing gowns to wear down to the pool and spa would be appreciated

complaint is the amount of people in spa was hard to get in at night time very crowded but

the spa outside of our room was under construction

i loved the giant spa tub room was large and nicely furnished fireplace was a nice addition

i also enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool both were heated perfect the spa really melts the pain away out

spa was cold on one of the days we stayed. beds need to be bigger

- great valet and bellhops - good food onsite (limited options though) - comfortable beds - big spa like bath

we thought there would be some things to do - the spa closed early, the water in the lobby wasn't put out during

the spa pool was disappointing

i'd expect from a hotel that accepts dogs to give an option to dine out on the patio with my pet or a pet sitter

the extra activities for the kids including the smores kit happy hour and the movie nights were added bonus
