there is a spa for relaxing

my family loved the swimming pool and i loved the spa :)

there was a large pool and play area and there was a spa on the first floor

nice pool but poor lighting and none whatsoever in the spa area

the spa was closed and not enough lights in the room.

the bed was very comfortable. i liked that there was a spa & coffee shop on site.

helped us with all of our needs from booking special tours to arranging booking for a fabulous spa in town and

they had prepared everything to be very covid friendly and even provided a lovely free breakfast to enjoy in

room service did not tidy up the bathroom or provide clean towels

great little bar right next door, with pub grub and outdoor viewing of all that walks by

due to proximity to old quebec, i would like to return and schedule time for the additional spa and meals

of calm permeate the property with opportunities to participate in yoga, meditative walks or spa treatments (

i would like to book the spa next time and plan to utilise the facility more

i had an excellent massage in the spa section

the hotel s restaurant offers a terrific breakfast and lunch and several spa services

the garden was really nice! we used the pool and spa more than we thought because of it.

only thing i found the pool and spa were a little cool

the gym has a lot of machines and equipment non functionnal.

the only improvement in a hotel like this would be to have some spa facilities (hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room,

view over the city from the room and could watch the sunset from the balcony area next to the pool

was no laundry service

suite was great with kids, good space the location is perfect the staff was very nice beautiful

the requirement for a reservation for the pool was a little cumbersome but manageable

service at bar slow, missing product. spa doesnt work, pool was too cold

the food in the restaurant was amazing and the masache at the spa was amazing

there is plenty of stuff to do there from the swimming pool spa and game rooms, and bar

spa is not hot enough and needs a makeover old,,,,,,,,pool is also cold toddlers in spa,,,,,

the pool area, spa staff was friendly bed is comfy.

room with a built in kitchen great bathtub wish wifi worked better and tv stations were better

great wifi service and hard to connect to the tv without trying multiple times

cafe in lobby for morning coffee and fireplace in lobby for those chilly days strolling through the town

walking into a clean room with the exposed brick and soft spa music was a great

very friendly staff, very comfy bed. has a gym. loved it all around

would like it if they offered room service from taverne louise downstairs...

we ended up using the kitchen for quick meals with the kids after a long day out

wish we were able to have room service breakfast, it was an option when we booked, but upon asking for one

limited bar service

i like having a mini bar in the room although we didn't use it

room service albeit the connection to the restaurant 'next door' holds possibilities for

lobby bar area is comfortable and with nice ambiance

my kids love the heated pool! so even if it was -12 they were able to enjoy the day!

the room service was fast and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable and the view from my room

not much, crowded with too many kids hoping the oool.

we had the junior suite with spa at the balcony and it was great

suite, fireplace in room was beautiful, warm staff on a rainy day

i wanted a spa treatment but they only had one aesthetician working that day and couldn t squeeze me

myself, wife and two kids 9 and 10

despite advertising free wifi the signal strength was very weak and almost impossible to use due to constant

i didn't care for was the pool area (way overcrowded with screaming kids) and the lockers for the spa were not

make sure you take advantage of the pool and spa on the sixth floor

5 minutes from 3 or 4 major shopping malls added bonus wonderful spa at the hotel, and our fur babies ( dogs)
