room was a big size, the bathroom had been recently been refurbished and had a very big spa bath and walk in

wifi and no cooked food

parking facilities; rooms was a very good size, with fridge; breakfast was very nice and was pet friendly

lorraine gave me a treatment in the spa and i can honestly say it was one of the best i've ever had

i had a spa treatment when i was there and it was just perfect, so relaxing

were able to check in early on saturday and use the spa facilities the next day (checkout ) till early evening

the process was smooth, the fact you can use the facilities of the gym/spa right up until 5pm after your 11am

can t use the spa until 4pm when you check in and can only use it till 12 the next day , we turn up 3 hours

the pond with the duck house was covered in green algae but, i have a feeling that when the spa centre is

there was a bit of mud near the near the new spa centre but not unreasonable, given the work that was going on

very small booked hotel for the spa advertised but has been closed for months breakfast very limited so had

the lady who offered room service was very nice

be by the soft lumpy mattress which i ended up padding up with folded bath towels i got from room service

the 5 room service charge is slightly steep

also the spa function did not work

was a little warm but the main thing was wifi was playing up, but that is being very picky

the boss was excellent staff was also as excellent location very good smack-bang in the middle bar downstairs

room also had a mini bar that was reasonably priced and lots of mirrors

stay the tv in our room didn t connect to the wifi so they amazingly upgraded our room to the best room they

the hotel hve really nice spa facilities

i have also used spa facilities and really enjoyed the steam room and a hot tub

the spa wasn t included in the price of the room.

unfortunately, just toooo hot outside to use the spa facilities - like the hot tub, massages etc inside

think the spa facilities should be free for paying guests
