wifi ony worked intermittently

staff were very friendly. shuttle was excellent. room was very nice but smallish.

the location, cleanliness, breakfast and hospitality of the staff.

close distance the food on the other hand dinner was horrible the meat was bad the hamburger my kids order got

the cleanliness of the room along with the free shuttle service and excellent customer service !

swimming pool and spa are recommended

i did not use the spa because i am a therapist with 45 years experience, and their treatments with young kids

hot spring water in the pool area is really relaxing and the property provides various type of activities during

kids get 1/2 off dinner

the pools were not clean. they let people eat at the pool.

t know parking was offsite and although they do request a taxi to transport guest from the free parking

the parking option, it should be better explained (see above)

where it should be to accommodate that there is no parking at the hotel

loud noises all day long, spa closed, wifi didn't work well and the whole rest of the hotel looks like it once

they provided parking in front of the hotel which i appreciated

there is plenty of room. there is a parking lot.

if you travel by car they have two small parking lots available and

it was very hard to find the location .they need better parking and better staff .

only issue for me was that the 3rd floor doesn t have great wifi service

had to get to, parking is tricky and full day your provider needs to change.

this recently renovated private house has an ideal location, a fantastic view, a lovely swimming pool, two bars

is an exquisite amalgam of the old and the new, and the views over the city from pool deck, bar and some room

wifi is terrible,can t login in, the bed is too hard and pillows are not soft which hurts neck

the sky bar and the pool . super ! rooms are big , comfortable and clean

i had a massage in the spa - it was absolutely first class, far better than

from the room was out dated very old towels were stain and had some hoes in them and the spa bathroom door is

wanted to use the spa facilities, but did not seem to be open as listed.

they call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in

and its also pet friendly so we could take our furry

very enjoy the stay in casa estrella. the view and the breakfast are awesome

we stayed in a large, very comfortable apartment, with a large terrace, full kitchen, all very comfortable

the staff were so great and the breakfast was super fresh everyday

a pool or jacuzzi within the property would have been nice to enjoy.

bar is awesome, i don't know why there weren't more people up there at night

gym facilities need improvement. limited equipment and the cycling bike was broken.

it would have been nice to have a bar available in the hotel before 6:00pm.

was great but the hotel can improve on what they have at the gym, maybe have a treadmill instead of the bike
