spa was a wonderful treat

the spa was relaxing and rejuvenating

we got caught in the rain and they let us use the spa change rooms to freshen up

the wifi is good for my ipad

we got a cheerful response to our late check out request

had a spa treatment and was very disappointed because i could hear people talking and laughing throughout

bay resort & spa is fabulous, our stay had everything that we needed (view, service, amenities, pool, bear,

spending an extra night would have given us more time to enjoy the pool and spa facilities

we have a spa service, late lunch hang around the pool than relax in our room with drinks and snacks

the amatista spa (amatista signature treatment i highly recommend) is for her to get a break from busy life

from the impressive lobby to the spacious, well-appointed rooms, everything was designed with relaxation in

the spa is only for massages and wellness, there s no hot tub or sauna.

we also went to the hotel spa for couples massages and they were perfect

housekeeping came every night to offer turn down and bring chocolates :) also loved the spa at magnolia

the bathroom was spa quality and even had bubble bath, a razor and shaving cream

we didn t use the spa but several locals told us they had the best messages ever at the magnolia

breakfast was delicious and loved the way it was served

was not provided with wifi info

tv and wifi did not function so we were given a much better second room

scones are not breakfast for kids and there were no coffee served

breakfast was amazing

t like that the room balcony sat right on top of the new spa area (which looks cool)

we are definitely coming back to check out the spa

was a little confused about the spa and how to get there, the signage wasn t very clear

noisy people in room overhead ran a spa bath at 2am which woke us and disturbed our sleep

i wish i had time to try the spa or massage rooms

the pool and spa facilities were amazing

oh the spa is amazing as well and the gardens will blow your mind

this hotel is also conducive for family with kids as they have spacious rooms

the 2 bedroom suite worked very well for stay with kids and grandkids

location, warm units with all the comforts of home (except in suite laundry) the 9th floor was beautiful

gym was small.

limited food options from the hotel restaurant menu and no room service (but you can pick up and eat in your

spa treatment. pizza restaurant. outdoor pools.

they are currently in the middle of a remodel of the spa but you really could not tell

really enjoyed the spa and the outdoor hot pools - a visit is included with a stay at the hotel.

didn t use the pool or spa services so can t comment on those but overall a nice quiet cozy place
