the spa was shut the day we arrived which was a shame.

location, fab staff, hasn t booked a sea view room but was given one anyway and having the spa to ourselves

i had a great treatment at the spa from sadie and molly on reception was so helpful and polite a real credit

the newly refurbished source spa with indoor pool is fabulous

hotel is very traditional but it also mixes some modern aspects; the spa facilities are just brilliant

the spa is delightful and very relaxing and a real bonus was the heated outdoor pool was still open

the facilities were amazing, fantastic spa and areas to sit anx enjoy the sea view

the spa was closed so we didn t get chance to use it.

little thing we used the wifi from the dining room as we were above it, not sure that wifi is available in every

much: wifi in our room was a little weak but it was not a major problem and we could go to the bar where

my partner loved the pool

only one other couple in the place and so the hoped for possible sociable evenings in the hotel bar were not to

the wifi didn t work too well but we had data so it wasn t a problem:)

clean, tidy, lovely place, great staff, spa was amazing

lodges were well equipped, spacious and comfortable

i could say is when i used the pool the womens changing room floor was a bit filthy, however the spa in general

we couldn t book the spa for the time we wanted - perhaps i left it too late

due to covid the spa and gym were closed but the hotel itself was still lovely

room was big and airy, room service very efficient, tasty sandwich

the spa is overpriced for what it is. guests should get spa access as part of the overall price

staff breakfast all good - disappointing you can not spa facility with out paying extra

the pillows were the most comfiest i've ever had in a hotel and the spa was lovely

spa was a little expensive but we would still use again. dressing gowns too small.
