a good size room with kitchen area, ideal if you don't want to keep eating out

wifi sucked, worst reception, even struggled for 3g on phone, in this day and age it s a bit

also, there was a big spa bathtub in the bathroom

we have a spa service, late lunch hang around the pool than relax in our room with drinks and snacks

the amatista spa (amatista signature treatment i highly recommend) is for her to get a break from busy life

personal wifi in the room was a nice touch, as was the vintage bathtub

scones are not breakfast for kids and there were no coffee served

experience, from the decor of the rooms, to the way the staff is dressed according to the era, to breakfast

wifi didnt work which was a little sad but oh well

was a little confused about the spa and how to get there, the signage wasn t very clear

for a little relaxation time, but i was really able to do it because the check in time is @4 and spa closes @

on the property, there is a brunch mexican restaurant, a spa with fantastic massages, a bike rental shop, and

you get a discount on the spa and the tea house if you are staying here

noisy people in room overhead ran a spa bath at 2am which woke us and disturbed our sleep

bar and spa were closed on the long weekend. would ve been nice to have those amenities.

we had to pick a downside, there was no gym available (although usually not a problem with the nice victoria

gym was small.

there wasn’t a place to buy snacks for my kids, especially later in the evening.

(and we ate all over) we also had massages with the spa downstairs and it was very luxurious and special

we didn t use the spa but several locals told us they had the best messages ever at the magnolia

housekeeping came every night to offer turn down and bring chocolates :) also loved the spa at magnolia

the bathroom was spa quality and even had bubble bath, a razor and shaving cream

we also went to the hotel spa for couples massages and they were perfect

the spa and high tea are amazing

the spa and the onsite patio restaurant !

oh the spa is amazing as well and the gardens will blow your mind

the flowers are fabulous. spa was nice. room was very nice and large.

they are currently in the middle of a remodel of the spa but you really could not tell

the minerals pools and the spa were amazing

really enjoyed the spa and the outdoor hot pools - a visit is included with a stay at the hotel.
