we put our names on a waiting list and we were called to buy another massage but not offered a spa visit

coffee and croissants gym was brilliant and the spa healing pool fantastic location and it didn t feel

price of the treatments in the spa were on the high side but it's worth every single cent

the spa was beyond my expectations

the spa was outstanding and the walk to the golden gate bridge was so simple

wifi didn't work for me and front desk not open between 10pm and 8am

fireplace, location, breakfast

front desk staff was very nice to let me early check in and keeping luggage after check out

great historic location with wonderful view of the bay. quaint. love the fireplace in the room.

was little to no cell service and the wifi connection was not strong enough in our room to do anything

spa closed earlier than advertised and i could not use it

expensive, no breakfast and spa under reconstruction

the spa isn t a spa.

we didn t have time to stop by the spa but it looked very relaxing

they forgot to tell me about where the spa is and a bit about the hotel itself.

perfectly equipped flat with kitchen, washer and dryer

hotel/residence was stunning, the suite we stayed in was massive with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms

location kitchen and bathroom and laundry tidbits are all there as we needed them

apartment with lovely big rooms and bathrooms and a well set up kitchen

was a terrible vibration in our kids bedroom

my room was bright and spacious, but not that cozy and with a relatively small bathroom (but big walk-in wardrobe

the room outdated, the spa ($20 extra) is really just a tired locker room with sauna not hot

hotel, with everything such a hotel should provide - lavish decoration, restaurants, suites, gym, spa - none of

good facilities (especially spa and fitness area)

really enjoyed the spa downstairs
