there are at least 3 pools accompanying each of the separate accommodation facilities

there is a bar with a good selection of beverages, they have a great wine list and with the restaurant on

we loved the food both from breakfast and lunch

it feels like a very stylish family country home. loved the garden and the breakfast !

the pools, the fact that it is remote, the decor, their « kids friendliness ».

it would have been nice to have some more facilities like jacuzzi, sauna, gym, spa etc

there are now also more opportunities to find a calm spot on the property, near or around the pool

within a 15 min car drive, i would hope the dinner menu would have more options, especially for kids

peaceful, quiet, remote; lovely pool, good breakfast; chill out areas: decoration

of paint off in different places, door had a small dent and cork floor was stained near the mini bar - road to

our room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows, plus a lovely selection of teas

there is a good new gym on the lower level with lots of space to workout

the spa facilities were a real disappointment

we had a room on 8th floor with awesome view, the room was clean and spacious with coffee machine, towels,

the spa was great and my massage was fantastic, but the indoor pool had a strong odor of chlorine i

the bar and wine service i thought could be improved, particularly the wines by the glass could be

the whole experience from the food at breakfast, to food at dinner, as well as the incredibly helpful, polite

wish the pool was a big bigger

the bar area is very attractive the decor is quirky reflecting the owner s style valet parking

a la carte, anything was possible. tasteful. nice to have breakfast outside

our apartment's kitchen was not fully well equipped and there wasn't any cleaning gear to simply wash the dishes

has a wonderful set of rooms with direct access to the big garden and kids’ playground

parking lot at our residence had more than enough spaces

the spa terrace is not private enough from the road above. there is no gurest lounge.

the spa facilities are oversold too

glass separating balconies was not all the way up hence we could see to the other balconies and spa areas

paid for a room with spa bath which we were expecting to relax in and to make the most out of the room

great breakfast too

there is a delightful communal pool - but too “busy” with shouting kids for us

excellent location, away from the confusion. great breakfast and staff very helpful

also upgraded us to a suite that was in the main building which was great as we were close to the pool and all

family of 5 with little kids-this was their favorite stop on our portuguese holiday

didn t have any treatments but the indoor spa facilities were a little small for the size of hotel

spa was great

i see it can be improved, the spa is really small for so many people capacity (if you have 40 houses

spa could be bigger, because when you come and everything is occupied (both saunas, swimming pool,

nothing springs to mind! perhaps the kids could use the spa after 11am...?
