lovely pool and its always clean

no wifi at all

wifi did not work in the room

though lodging is rudimentary, the place is ideal for kids because of pool and easy access to the beach

equipped kitchen part and washing machine with dryer in the room

it could have a more diverse breakfast

clean and all kinds of kitchen equipments were available

breakfast was diverse and tasty

very sleek and modern kitchen and living area

overall all the staff were very helpful and ingrid at the spa gives an amazing massage

the spa was really nice

i took advantage of one of the spa packages and even booked a scuba dive for myself near catalina island which

good food and options for kids

food is so tasty, the staff is great and the morning bartender at the lobby bar is especially great

would ve been great); no sense in closing the towel pick-up place 1 hour before pools close; spa staff wasn

the coffee shop the beach the pool the shows the spa is amazing

spa service, manicure, pedicure. to expensive , poor service.

spa bathrooms could be a bit cleaner

the service it s not good, i called a few time to the front desk and nobody pickup, i payed for room service

the spa is very nice - a getaway from the hotel

various facilities were closed such as the spa and the themed restaurants which we were not told about when

that it doesn t have a spa treatment for the hotel

what we loved the most was the outdoor gym well-equipped and set in a beautiful environment

the kitchen was not well stocked: no coffee maker, no toaster, no sharp knives.

our apartment was a senior suite, which was located at the golf course

property with excellent original design that includes plenty of green area and sufficient parking space, swimming

sporting facilities, gym, football,

excellent breakfast , i cant eat it all

have no complaints, constructive observations such as the parking lot being too small for those staying overnight

super nice pool and tasty restaurant

make an early morning car reservation for me to return to the airport following a nice big hearty breakfast that

only the view by the pool

spa experience was very bad, great facilities but massages are so bad

room was spacious and clean with nice features such as deep whirlpool tub

excellent all around. the dining options, property, beach and spa are all incredible.

the pools are not huge so you do feel a bit awkward with so many kids and adults in such a small space

room service was free including alcohol, and the only thing added at the end was spa visits and wine purchased

experience with the spa leading to a horrible experience with checking out with spa prices other than what was

the spa was more then great

wifi was working almost everywhere

was a weekly or daily print out showing when and where things were happening at the beach or pool or nite time

wifi was good in the garden and in bar area but the signal was low in the room we missed some place

the pool, and breakfast

breakfast quiet room facing an empty lot big bed easy access the staff is really nice and makes

clean, nice pool & bar area. very helpful staff. good hot water pressure. very reasonable.

breakfast was great, very nice servise and employees of the hotel were very helpful

bad smell on the bathroom, on the breakfast there wasnt any table to seat

salads and fruits for breakfast: ginormous seafood paellas, pork, beef, fish entrees for lunch and dinner

cocktail bar staff are unique

low end rum only lobby bar had good liquor

smokers on the beach, in the pool, inside the beach and the pool, smokers everywhere

the spa was amazing, and 2 of the 3 rooms were comfy

pool and beach ( if you don't wanna lay on the grass ), wake yourself up at 5 am

plenty of chairs in the pool and beach

us an upgrade which was supposed to include upgraded room, concierge, 200 resort service credit, room service,

the kids loved the pool and the aquapark area
