parking is a challenge in saint emilion- this isn't a comment on the hotel but on the place as a

parking is near and free but just on the side of the road

the host was very responsive over sms about checking in, parking etc

wifi is not the best a little bit of noise because of the room upstairs

the main issue was that the hotel is advertised as a resort but neither the spa nor fitness were open

the pool and outside area were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed

common room, where you can prepare a simple meal - very important for families with small kids

the pool and facilities were definitely 5 star, our room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable

the swimming pool is lovely and so are the extensive grounds

a little more shade could be provided at the pool.
