very noisy room located next to staff quarters ......no spa bath as advertised....

and the restaurant and bar a is great

we actually didn t use the bar or restaurant but they both looked amazing

great bar and dj for a friday evening

free upgrade and lovely spa area

the spa was very nice; the place was clean, comfortable, and had an exceptional shower.

the stay was great, the spa was lovely and the staff really friendly and helpful.

the pool and spa was really refreshing and we enjoyed that experience in the morning of our stay

the spa , modern but traditional feel about the hotel .

simply upset the spa sauna advertised was not available, although they had indicators with sauna and the pool

out of use, no 24hr room service as advertised, no spa treatments, reception staff (except 1) were not very

water sampling in a public space for a gym/spa should be tested daily, (at most weekly) i suggested that the

wifi wasn't brilliant but it was totally manageable

no jacuzzi in a spa hotel. food was average. bar needs more cosy corners for couples.

location right on the thames, great spa and gym facilities

only booked a standard single, but it was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed

excellent breakfast, and good spa facilities, made for a very relaxing stay

i make good use of its gymnasium and spa facilities

the room and spa facilities were excellent.

just that the spa was closed.

over all the spa and the stuff we're all helpful

location, staff and spa facilities were the highlight of my trip

and spa were lit up with beautiful led lights as were the room
