one issue: the negative was the spa experience

seemed deserted most of the time and this really put us off going there and the bar was also deserted and closed

service and quality of bar and restaurant needs improvement,

spa facilities not great

the spa was heavenly.

no availability at spa for entire stay

the gym was also excellent well-equipped and one of the highlights of the hotel

breakfast was a little pricey

very spacious and comfortable room

on the day of my arrival, my flight was delayed & i had a spa appointment that i would've missed & i spoke with

the spa and restaurants far exceed our expectations. would happily return!

the spa right downstairs was marvelous

the guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever

worst thing ;-) was when i asked for a soft boiled egg and got a hard boiled egg

facilities and room information access via wifi only

we called the butler , which is really just your typical room service/concierge, and had to wait 50 minutes

spa was terrific. room service very good. staff throughout the hotel were outstanding.
