parking was an issue

one night we re were in the owl bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes

room service was available

was difficult to get in to check in - although staff was very helpful in getting us through the parking lot and

spa experience

didn't like the large bug or the chunk of hair that floated up when we filled the spa tub

great amenities for the price. spa services were excellent as well.

they provide spa and yoga you'd think their menu would be better quality

place for a spa holiday if one does not to experience the craziness and cost of park city
