amazing getaway. so relaxing just what we needed. food was lovely. spa visit is a must.

is my 3rd iberostar in spain and i would like to say this exceeded my expectations

understand this embraced other spa facilities but a more structured payment system could be considered for

offered heated pool and learned it was in spa and for E10ea we could use it for 90

we went to the spa we were not informed that the hammn was not operative at that moment

spa could be more extensive and certain facilities were not available at the time.

i liked everything. the spa was smaller than expected but the saunas and bubbel pool were good.

, and large bath our room was the deluxe so on the ground floor straight out on to the pool great spa too , for

qualitiy of food also excellent and spa services on offer super

spa staff were rude telling us it was too busy to go in hotel shop closed during our stay which was

rooms need refurbishment and spa closes too early at 7pm

bathtub floor was not sparking clean

loved the large deep pool

the gym need an upgrade too

kids facilities very limited no playground - no wow factor - the area is rural and windy

were all incredibly friendly and pleasant, they made it fun for my kids

smell of sulphur, we did not realise that the hotel had a spa with strong smelling spa water

it was disappointing that a hotel in spain does not use real orange juice at breakfast

staff quite helpful, good parking available, clean rooms and reasonably good wifi

bar closed at peculiar times seemingly to accommodate the need for the staff to be used elsewhere

very accessible if you are not driving, no fridge or kettle available, bar and restaurant closed during siesta

the pool hours connected with the spa are not suitable for early risers, it opens rather late

and the icing on the cake is that it is adults only

long queues for breakfast and checkout

the roof top bar / restaurant was full with diners

pool bar made great cocktails, the pool restaurant made fantastic sushi

enjoyed the ability to uses the spa under the all inclusive package

space at the pool on occasions as people leave towels on sunbeds even when not at pool site

could be better quality, the spa is small and located outside the hotel - in our 3 days stay we didn't manage

wgen i booked it stated children 13 and over were considered adults and therefore could use the spa yet when i

hotel on the main barrosa beach spa is amazing

the closer commercial centre who had new bikes - may cost little more but worth it - although the spa itself

standard throughout was incredible from the garden to the spa

bed very comfy and the shower gel etc were lovely - there was a large spa with jets and saunas, steam room and

spa was one of the best i have ever been to

the jacuzzi and spa area as long as the whole outdoor spacewith view and access to the ocean

wifi worked very well

better choice of food available at the bar would have been nice as at one point the only food on offer was a

wonderful beach, kind personnel, very nice pool area.

there were some activities during the day in the pool or in the gym and animation at the bar in the evening

i liked the location, the spa and the help and friendliness of the hotel employees

the hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, with a serene bali-spa theme that adds a calming touch to

facilities and services not available or undergoing maintenance at this time of year like spa and on site swimming

room was spacious with a patio that overlooked the pool and a view of the coast

staff really cares about guests. breakfast was good for a 14 room hotel. dinner was delicious.

personnel, all very clean, a beautiful and well-taken-care-of patio, nice pool area and our own little terrace

very friendly welcome, a superb swimming pool and a tasty breakfast with lots of choices
