the staff were very welcoming, from the concierge, to the spa receptionist, to the waiters

facilities were clean including the pool and spa staff helpful

loved the afternoon tea and making use of the spa facilities

to book our meal times at reception and then had time to enjoy our rooms, the grounds and the spa

facilities are excellent, with an outdoor hot tub, a stunning indoor pool as well as a sauna and spa to relax

location and being able to use spa next door is fab

tired & could do with a lick of paint but the room was comfortable & although in the annex of the spa hotel i

we enjoyed our evening at the bar lounge, with yummy pizza and snacks

such a beautiful building, loved the wee tour, and especially loved the bar lounge area where there s a huge

comfy bed, easy to use heating, cosy, clean and beautiful rooms and common spaces

could be made clearer that the towels for the pool and spa are to be collected from reception and not the spa

the spa/pool also not very good

the spa was small and only had a few loungers (which were all taken!)
