hotel and spa is amazing

the spa is wonderful, as is the restaurant

room faced the pool so there was gonna be noise

a fee shower - gross enough that my daughter refused to shower because it had not been cleaned gym- very small

bed was extremely uncomfortable and could not connect to the wifi from the room

had emailed the property before our stay trying to book a spa day for my wifes birthday and then again once we

i would like to go back for a week of r&r and spa treatments and never leave the property

i also used the spa services ( facial and massage ) but there were no amenities

the spa setting was incredible too

spa services were excellent.

fountains not all working and wish the spa and gym was open

we thoroughly enjoyed the spa as well

the 4 spas only one spa working

kids are older but would be a fun place to stay with younger kids with the lazy river and slides

mini golf was a little confusing but figured it out after a few holes

my friends checked in after me & got drink tkts for the bar & i didn t. thought it was a odd.

gorgeous gardens with lots of birds and butterflies to watch while relaxing in the pool area

i was not really happy with the bathroom was expecting a spa tub and it was not clean

was a party of kids staying at room 1133 (located right next to our room) who spent the whole last evening of

food was not great for room service and at breakfast

if i had to choose, it would be the food selection for the restaurant & room service.

the spa closed relatively early.

i didn t like (which isn t a big deal at all because it was still decent looking) was the pool everything

hotel is outrageously expensive, has a tiny swimming pool and is located on an urban crossroads surrounded by

attention to detail with the mood of a spanish villa is everywhere

the spa did not have lights and the hours of the pool should have been longe5r.

also, given the fact that this hotel is geared towards a spa experience, and that it is also not adult-only,

access to the spa as a hotel guest is a huge advantage as well

whirlpools in the spa needed updating, were old and very small

spa does not fit the quality of the hotel

t.cooks was amazing! the spa was nice. the grounds and rooms were beautiful!

no scheduled hikes during the week and the spa booked up quick.

spa was ok, was very overpriced for mediocre service. would not recommend the spa

so we only had the bar at the pool and the higher priced restaurant

staff, facilities, pool, all 5 stars. in my opinion is the best resort/spa in scottsdale.

i chose a spa package with daily services, daily breakfast and access to the spa facilities

i just stayed one night so was unable to get in the spa for a treatment

the technician in the spa had no formal training in facials - for the price, i expected more

could have lowered the price on the spa menu since the jacuzzi steam room and shower are

spa services were top notch

the scottsdale fairmont princes actually gave us 2 free spa services to make sure we were able to relax after

spa costs were exhorbitant and not competitive for the services provided.

a very large spa bathtub in the main bedroom and a great kitchen

it was clean,plenty of parking,quiet,friendly,movies on site
