wifi was not consistent (seems normal in colombia),hot water

but what was absolutely outrageous was that they wanted to charge me $55 for doing one batch laundry

parking for car was available at all times, but it could be organized nicer, putting old cars that

the kitchen was open and there was no ventilation system

that they offered water bottles in the room (even if charged) but not have to worry to contact room service

no shower caps in the rooms and no gym :(

we had lunch when we arrived (2 adults and 2 kids) with 2 cocktail drinks and the bill was $70 us

wifi never worked

the spa attendants not cleared in explanation of the facility

wifi sucks on entire property and everyone a complaint about let me know it was normal not to have

breakfast was generous and delicious
