the areas that could improve are the breakfast, the shower head being the only option, and the wifi, which wasn

having parking available was a big plus since we arrived by car, and the included breakfast was absolutely

great breakfast.

we especially enjoyed the spa on the rooftop, magic to watch sunset from the whirlpool

the amenities looked run down (pool area in the roof as well as the gym)

breakfast was great. friendly staff. yamile torres was super friendly, helpfull and caring.

despite they offered a parking lot inside the building i had to park on the street :(

i enjoyed internet connectivity and the gym

also, hotel was supposedly fully booked yet management decided against more than 1 person for parking / luggage

the rooftop pool area should be more spacious. needs more attention.

strong wifi and cable selection

wifi was not consistent (seems normal in colombia),hot water

the kitchen was open and there was no ventilation system

but what was absolutely outrageous was that they wanted to charge me $55 for doing one batch laundry

parking for car was available at all times, but it could be organized nicer, putting old cars that

i was looking for a hotel with a spacious and functional suite, good breakfast, near by shopping, pool, spa

we had a suite and it was stunning, very spacious and clean

personnel at the reception counter and room service were a little rude and not clear to give out information
