no gym- nowadays is unacceptable; putting two handymen to clean the balcony without prior notice - the

clean , nice decoration , excellent location, provided parking space and good view from the room

parking at the back was problematic

we really enjoyed using the spa facilities after the check out

the hotel was beautiful in a perfect location and i cannot recommend the spa enough it is a godsend

spa is lush, breakfast fantastic, massage gorgeous

lovely facilities like the spa and the rooftop bar and it only added to our weekend

i had only one disappointment - the steam room in the spa wasn t working all days we have been staying and

the spa is good for you to relax

from the morse bar to the charming alice restaurant, the spa (which i didn't have time to take advantage of,

spa prices above average.

a shame the spa wasn't ready for opening but i knew that before my stay - i cant wait to visit again once the

fabulous service, wonderful spa and right in the centre of oxford

the hotel and spa were both lovely, great massage.

i had a swim in the pool followed by a chill in the spa pool, lovely

very comfortable room and bed. the small spa was nicely appointed and very welcome.

not having a kettle to have a tea in the morning before room service was available

room was clean, comfy staff on arrival was helpful and room service was exceptional

not really a dislike but we weren't expecting to have to order breakfast, we were expecting the usual buffet

the only place that looked open to eat was the bar which was depressing

the bar area is quite small so if you're wanting to eat off the bar menu then getting a seat could be

comfortable rooms, staff nice, and breakfast good

it s was cold in the bar and restaurant.

from the friendly warm welcome at reception, from the spa, restaurant and cleaning staff - nothing was too much

the room was beautiful and the spa facilities were just amazing

love the pool and spa was just a perfect night break away

spa area is one of the best things about this hotel
