i used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast

bathroom and kitchenette could do with little update

rip, door to the balcony need fixing, dining chairs need upgrade was afraid to sit too fragile, kitchen wall

the kitchen had every utensil you could need which is important if you intend to be cooking

the staff were pleasant and supportive, food was good and affordable. the wifi worked well

stands out as a negative - we were invited to do some tour to get discounts on things like the spa - it was a

misunderstood the service in the spa we thought we had access to the facility during our appointment we didn't

should not have to pay for spa and or any other services on the property
