the swimming pool, although great for other hotels in nktt was not nice
breakfast could be improved, not many options and quality is just ok
breakfast and restaurant could be better measured to international standards , but is pretty good
breakfast is always the same, and the staff should be ready to serve the breakfast at the time

the spa was outstanding the team was very caring and i really loved the cleanliness of the space
