the randomness of the 3 donkey's running past on the beach at sunset & then seeing a group in the parking lot

the restaurant and bar are fine but just seem to suffer from lack of clientele - meaning they often shut early

i had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and all the meals were very good

the restaurant is open from breakfast all the way through dinner every day

the centerpiece of the resort is a bar restaurant

friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds and on site parking

everything was brilliant- staff food beach gym etc etc

the breakfast was great but pricey and the beds and pillows were the best part about the hotel

there wasnt enough staff around pool and beach and they were s bit slow and not service oriented

enjoy visiting nevis often and hamilton s villas and spa is amazing

two bedroom villa we stayed in was outstanding, with all brand new kitchen appliances and our own personal washer

pool was different

the unit has a great kitchen so if you want to cook that is perfect

spacious with full kitchen. close proximity to hamilton beach. double bathroom.

30pm, and they choose to close the spa and gym at 6pm, with nothing open around it for miles, forced to sit in

- the food in the restaurant was ok - the spa looked great but i was so annoyed by having to pay for a cabana

we thought we were booking a relaxing wellness week, but the spa opened late and closed early, so if you have

pool area is lovely but later in the afternoon was too noisy for us with people playing loud music

wonderful stay at a cabin close to the pool, with a very comfortable bed

they need to do something about the spa though, make it nicer and hire an onsite therapist

but burger night at the pool bar was great

the pool area and bar are the best of the hotels we looked at, and they have a shuttle service to their private

the staff made everyone feel at home from the second we arrived, the attention to details, the breakfasts, the

good spa nice rooms

spa treatments although expensive were very good the attendant was knowledgeable and professional

the room was nice, clean and comfortable. very modern fixtures overall, very spa like.

meals for kids a little smaller

unfortunately i didn't do breakfast maybe next time

once settled, we went to the pool and were wowed by the unbelievable sunset

we also found out that the beach bar that s advertised was closed, and most of the furniture was covered,

they have a small gym with 2 pelotons, the gardens down to the ocean were absolutely gorgeous

next time we stay longer and enjoy the food, beverages and pool

decided after 45mins to just order room service as frustrated and it was getting late ( we had early flight

pool at villa was cold.

the facilities, especially the main pool, were excellent

the service is slowly, buffet breakfast is poor but you can order a la carte.

were a few rusty screws on the porch that need to be nailed down, and the filter cover in the pool was loose
