wifi didn't work for me and front desk not open between 10pm and 8am
it was cold and it wasn't obvious if you're supposed to light the fireplace (no lighter or matches provided)
front desk staff was very nice to let me early check in and keeping luggage after check out
wonderful quite rooms with working fireplace and great location near town center.
and to have a toaster oven or something else in the kitchenette to use other than just a microwave

the spa is wonderful (and open at this time, huge plus)
price of the treatments in the spa were on the high side but it's worth every single cent
we put our names on a waiting list and we were called to buy another massage but not offered a spa visit
the spa was outstanding and the walk to the golden gate bridge was so simple

spa is still broken
we didn t have breakfast, but the king spa room was amazing and exactly as advertised.
the spa was not working which was a disappointment but that might have been due to covid
location, amenities, decor, pools, spa tub in room, good breakfast. very comfortable.
