everything except the salty pool

the supplies were generous, daily clean towels and room service

wifi did not work in room for the first 2 days.

but i wasn t bothered by it the wifi was acting up the first few days but was resolved

free parking, a pool, quick checkin, walking distance to most everything, clean, comfy.

the spa and the irie baths was also a huge favorite

food, room , staff, all good .... the spa is lovely incredible

i liked the 24/7 hr pool, spa and irie baths. food was phenomenal

i didn't have enough time to check out the spa services...next time i'll have to stay longer.

the spa is small and clean with great staff, but lacks some of the more speciality treatments a bigger

longer nice good ocean views from the outside seating area and you can get a massage from the spa it was

maybe need a little refresh, the spa can be better..

the waiting time to be seated when you go for breakfast.

i love that the host for the entertainment was engaging but the entertainment wasnt kids friendly

i used the gym, it is small but very convenient

the woman who works at the spa was an absolute doll. great view of the beach

telephone in the room never worked so we couldn t call front desk for room service

i wish the bar was opened near the pool area

pleasant, kind and helpful staff, beautiful property and rooms, amazing pool area and close to everything

the spa and gym too far away ...and need signs to direct you to both locations.

to top it off , we also received a complimentary day at the spa including a swedish massage

booked a spa special on the first night of my stay

the spa and the butler was excellent, the party crew did well also

the spa was excellent and totally stress free

spa prices were a little higher than expected

zen spa was great sharon and natoya were awesome

we did the spa treatment for an extra charge and it was worth every penny

we stayed in a king room and it was ample space for the both of us

the spa (and any products you want to buy in it) is also very expensive

the spa desperately needs an upgrade

there are some ladys selling tours and spa by the front desk that are really aggressive to sell to the point

people were amazing , spa was beautiful thank you amanda ! everything was beautiful!

unfortunately spa sauna and steam were closed due to covid.

indeed great room service was great and the butler he was exceptional the wonderful lady at the spa she was

place is lovely from the front desk to the room service food was off the chain spa was great bartenders excellent

i found the spa prices to be a little pricey for as much as we paid for the accommodations

spa services were amazing

etc swim in the pool, float on a ring in the river pool with swim up cocktail bar, sit in the spa or take a dip

the prices of the spa were, in my opinion, a little overpriced

i didn't get a chance to indulge in the fitness classes or the spa services, perhaps on a return trip

we especially enjoyed our workouts and classes with donovan in the spectacular spa area

all vegan spa menu (wright life live food) was best we had on our entire jamaica trip

there were plenty of lounging possibilities, an immaculate infinity pool, and a lot of space

experience of taking our breakfast freshly made by sharon and karen (cottage 28) just in front of the bay was

very well equipped gym, a quiet spa on the ocean side, very good food in their restaurant, several beach

give you a $600 voucher and you can only use $100 of it in the spa and the rest goes to waste

massage at the spa was phenomenal

needs more activities. also for future thought, you can put the spa as apart of the package

in your room, i didn t like the idea to be calling the front desk at all times for the mini bar to be stock

the gym is too small
