arrival and we had to eat at the other facility, which was okay, but not as good as the hotel & spa restaurant

had booked the ayers hotel across the parking lot, but pleasantly surprised when directed to the spa ayers

the hotel & spa chef was amazing! she was worth the wait, quite capable and pleasant. thank you!

spa was under construction, so that was a bummer but otherwise great.

by the way, children under the age of 12 are using the spa pool inside, even though it is prohibited

lush grounds are expansive and offer something for everyone (beach, several pools, spa and golf)

spa is extra, so even for using the steam room there is an extra charge

price of the spa i would have went again the next day but $303 for one hour was just way to much

the beach and offers many activities like golf, swimming, surfing, yoga classes, tennis courts, spa

pool staff was not adequately staffed . we always had to wait a long time for a server

room service was fast and efficient

i had booked 4 garden suites which were great easy access to the pool, which is 24hrs

the bar from room was empty, no hair dryer. cmon, you are 5 stars hotel, 1000$/ night cost

we ended up going to the pool bar which was
