addition of jacuzzi in the spa will enhance the rating of horwood hotel and resort

liked everything the spa facilities and the staff was very helpful and had good customer service one of the best

was unfortunate that the spa and leisure facilities were closed for refurbishment but didn't not much we could

loved the spa facilities also

we didn't make use of the yoga classes, spa tub or sauna

the hotel/spa had just refurbished our accommodation. finished lovely , very comfortable.

plenty of parking, clean / tidy and very good breakfast & service. great place to stay

freindly and welcoming staff. a very comfy bed oh and great room service.

the owner said it was a pet friendly hotel

we also had the couples roman bath experience in the spa this was out of this world

the spa was additional to use - which is very picky to say, because everything else was fab.

sadly couldn't use spa whilst there so can't comment

room was lovely and clean, food was delisious and to top it off the roman spa couples experiance was brilliant
